Urban Student, worked with a Channel Island based asset management work out company to take over a large portfolio of well located student accommodation assets in Durham. Through applying Urban Student’s tried and tested processes, we were able to raise the rents across a core part of the portfolio by 11% the following year. Our architectural team created the vision that saw the whole collection to be fully let by the December before the leases commenced; 10 months in advance.
